Summary

OXIO needed a rewards feature that allows users to quickly find relevant offers while shopping in store, and easily add them to their account. With this new feature, Oxio increased brand loyalty for its customers by creating new opportunities for consumers to connect with brands and earn from purchases.

The Challenge 

OXIO needed a rewards feature that allows users to quickly find relevant offers while shopping in store, and easily add them to their account.

The solution also had to be brand-agnostic, so that the reward feature could be used by OXIO's wide range of mobile carrier customers. 

Quick look

Budget conscious mobile users in Mexico

OXIO’s end users are shoppers primarily based in Mexico. The solution must be quick and easy to use for users while they are in the middle of an in-store checkout experience.

Simplifying the deal-hunting experience

I designed a solution that included a rewards balance and history, a fun and easy to use "find rewards", and information about the rewards.

Show vs Tell

The overall UI conveys a fun, engaging feeling that allows users to feel at ease when performing the task of getting rewards.

Final Design

Users can easily and quickly find rewards, redeem them at checkout and check their reward balance. 

As a white-label app to be used for a variety of brands, the end design is easily customizable with brand colors. 

Results

With this new feature, Oxio increased brand loyalty for its customers by creating new opportunities for consumers to connect with brands and earn from purchases.
